Japanese Bento Triangle Rice Mold Onigiri Maker set
This is another bento accessories that will make your bento or lunch adorable. This rice mold can make 2 triangle shaped rice balls or onigiri at the same time. The rice molds helps you create 2 pieces of triangle-shaped rice balls. The set includes everything needed to create the rice ball and create the hole in the middle of your rice ball to insert you yummy filling.
It is a great design and very easy to use.
How to make rice ball
1. Put proper amount of rice evenly into the container or mold
2. Place the press lid on top and press down evenly and strongly
3. Remove the press lid, overturn the container, and remove the rice ball by pressing the center part of the bottom of the container.
4. Optional use the small punch to create a small hole in the middle of your rice mold to place your yummy filling
How to cook rice (without rice cooker)
1. For every cup of rice, add the same amount of water and it will result in firmer rice.
2. To have a nice flavor, add 1 tablespoon of sake and a kelp stock (make a cut into 3.9 inch square kelp) and bring rice to boil
3. When boiling, take out the kelp and simmer the rice.
