Cute Octopus Bento

Yuli said she got the idea when she was dropping off her daughter at her school and saw boxes filled with alphabet of vowel letters, and one of them is letter ‘O’. The first thing that came to her mind is Octopus. (She simply made “O” with cut sausage and used as the octopus’ mouth, how genius!) The octopus face is rice ball (onigiri). The rice were seasoned with sweet soy sauce. The eyes were made from free cut seaweed (nori).  The fish was made from cheddar and american cheese. She also used Hat and Bow food picks to make the octopus more cute.

The menu is: Teriyaki Chicken with Stir Fried Pechay, carrot, egg, and broccoli.
