Hi everyone,

- Lettuce
- Candy Eyeballs

- Fruity Snacks (mixed berry, zero fat, 100% vitamin C)

Bento Tools
- Halloween Cutter 4 designs (Large)
Ham Cheese Cutter Face 13 pcs
Candy Edible Eyeballs
Halloween Metal Cookie Cutter (Small)
Food Edible Pen
- Hat, Bow 3D Food Pick
- Leaf Food Pick

Step-by-Step instructions for Bat Sandwich
Step 1:

Use Halloween Cutter, bat shape, to punch out bread, one piece at a time. Layer with your food as 2 or 3 tier sandwich  Tip: Put some pressure on cutter rocking left to right so the bread cuts evenly.  This Halloween Cutter set is comfortable and easy to use as it has plastic grip for your hand.

Step 2:

Flip the bread upside down with the cutter still inserted into the bread to see if any part has not been completely cut. In this case, the bread is not fully cut on the top of the bat’s head.  Tip: This step is important to check and if not completely cut, use your finger to push on the cutter to get a clean cut.

Step 3:

Cut the cheese using the same step as you did with the bread.  Again, make sure that the cheese is completely cut, if not, please use your finger to push down on the cutter.

Step 4:

To make eyes for the bat, we used Ham Cheese Cutter Face 13 pcs, the circle shape to punch out eyes.

Step 5:

Insert Candy Edible Eyeballs into the holes.

Step 6:

Use the remaining piece of the cheese to cut out a smile shape with the Ham Cheese Cutter Face 13 pcs. Tip: Use the pin included with set to push cheese from the cutter.

Step-by-Step instructions for Yogurt Cat
Step 1:

Use the Halloween Metal Cookie Cutter, to cut the small bat shape out of the Fruit by the Foot, and draw smiley face using Food Edible Pen – Black Color.  With remaining Fruit by the Foot, cut whiskers and smiles for the cat face using the Ham Cheese Cutter Face 13 pcs.

Step 2:

Lay pieces gently onto the yogurt leaving space for the eyes. We used Fruit Snack berry flavor as the eyes of the cat, but you can use any dark color snack of your choice.

And there, you get an easy simple Halloween idea, great for breakfast as it’s super fast to make.  Enjoy~!!!

I would have used a blackberry jelly in some plain vanilla yogurt to make a spider web design …swirl jelly in a spiral pattern pull out with a toothpick

Then I would have made some Scary spider I would have put a onigiri in the center filled with some tuna and I would have given the spider 8 pretzel stick legs he would have been sitting on a bed of lettuce…

another fun thing would be orange witches fingers cut a lil radish for the finger nail ohh yay!!!

I wonder how well spegetti squash would hold up in my Bento with maybe a salsa verde YUM!!! I dont know I was thinking of creepy foods and I remeber my mom making spegetti and calling it worms

We’re just getting used to packing lunches as we’re just beginning kindergarten. :) Kind of struggling to find the right combination of foods to please our child, but I really like packing a good protein food, like cheese, nuts, or sausage, and some sliced up, ready to eat fresh fruit or veggies. Sometimes I’ll pack nori as a veggie as she loves that. One time I packed a yogurt in her bento and had her pour in a granola. :) Thanks for the give away.

My advice for healthy is to stick with more raw foods. Fruits, veggies and nuts where possible. Use whole grain bread and add turkey.
